Delete your Boopo account.
You can permanently delete your account from inside Boopo. This removes the account instead of merely signing you out.

- Open Boopo and go to the Globe.
- Tap the grey Settings gear.
- Scroll to Account.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Confirm the permanent deletion.
The request must come from a signed-in session so Boopo can verify that the account belongs to you.
Deletion questions
Is deleting the app enough?
No. Removing Boopo from your iPhone does not delete your account.
Can I undo account deletion?
No. When deletion succeeds, the active account data is removed. Returning to Boopo means creating a new account and importing your roster again.
When does deleted data disappear from backups?
Active Boopo database records are removed when deletion succeeds. Provider recovery copies may persist under the provider's protected recovery schedule and are not used to run your account during that period.
What gets deleted
- Your Boopo profile and connected sign-in identities.
- Your roster uploads, extracted duties, flights, and schedule estimates.
- Your saved location and sharing preferences.
- Your friend requests, roster permissions, and social connections.
- Your notifications, push tokens, and active sign-in sessions.
- Where Boopo has a stored Sign in with Apple refresh token, that Apple authorization is revoked before the account records are removed.
Deletion is permanent. If you return later, you will need to create a new account and import your roster again.
Can’t access Boopo?
Email support@boopo.app from the address associated with your account. We may ask for information needed to verify ownership before processing the request.
