A few ground rules for our little world.

Your account

Provide accurate information, keep access to your sign-in method secure, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use Boopo where you live. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet those requirements and accept the current version of these Terms.

Using Boopo well

You may not use Boopo to:

• harass, threaten, impersonate, stalk, or expose another person;
• upload unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or privacy-invasive content;
• access another account, roster, photograph, or location without permission;
• scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or bypass Boopo’s safeguards;
• use automated means to create accounts, send pings, or abuse reporting tools;
• violate applicable law or another person’s rights.

Boopo may investigate reports and restrict or remove accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law.

Your content and sharing choices

You keep ownership of photographs, rosters, and other content you provide. You give Boopo a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the features you use. You confirm that you have the right to provide it.

Upload only your own roster or material you are authorised to process. Do not upload another crew member's roster, passenger or customer information, security or access-control material, or employer-confidential operational information. Using Boopo does not replace your obligations under an employment agreement or airline or employer policy.

Before a roster is transmitted, Boopo uses on-device text recognition to cover recognised crew lists, colleague names, staff numbers, passenger details, and security information. You must review the redacted pages and cancel the import if unrelated personal or confidential information remains visible. You then choose whether to send those redacted pages to Google's paid Gemini API for roster extraction.

You control which accepted friends receive your shared information. Be careful when granting roster, location, or flight-on-Globe access. Removing access stops future access through Boopo but cannot make another person forget information they already saw outside the service.

Flight and location information

Boopo is a social planning product, not an operational, safety, navigation, emergency, dispatch, or crew-compliance tool. Rosters, locations, route estimates, and times can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Boopo's aircraft movement is an estimate calculated from the roster schedule, not a live operational position. Always rely on your airline, airport, employer, and official safety information for operational decisions.

Boopo is not affiliated with or endorsed by an airline merely because an airline name, airport, route, or flight number appears in user-provided or provider data.

The service

Features may change, pause, or be retired as Boopo develops. We may limit access for security, maintenance, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or protection of users. To the extent permitted by law, Boopo is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that every feature will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Boopo is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service or reliance on social, roster, location, or schedule estimates.

Deleting your account

You can stop using Boopo at any time and can initiate permanent account deletion inside the app. See the account deletion guide. Provisions that by their nature need to survive—such as ownership, safety, dispute, and liability terms—continue after the account ends.

App Store and third-party services

Your use of the iOS app is also subject to the applicable App Store rules and licence terms. Apple and other service providers are not responsible for Boopo’s account service. Third-party sign-in, maps, verification, and notification services may have their own terms and policies.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute relating to Boopo or these Terms is subject to the courts of Singapore, except where applicable law gives you a mandatory right to bring a claim elsewhere.
